Queen is a Co-founder and Partner at Kupanda Capital, an investment firm focused on creating, capitalizing, and scaling Pan-African companies. Queen is also Co-Founder and current Board Member of Nithio (a pan-African energy finance company) and Fraym (a Pan-African analytics & business intelligence company). Prior to this, she was an Investment officer at the African Development Bank in Tunisia. In 2006, she was Management Associate at Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member of OXOSI, a Pan-African luxury e-commerce platform. She holds a B.A. in International Politics from Penn State University, an MPP in International Trade & Finance from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a Ph. D in Innovation Strategy & Organization from the University of Cambridge, where she was also a research fellow at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
