Jake started his tenure in venture capital as a member of the team that launched Lightspeed Venture Partners and became a key Managing Director helping drive the firm’s early growth. Early on, he was a Cisco product lead for the team that commercialized broadband technology, helping the group grow from startup to a $1B revenue run rate in 2 years and drove many important cybersecurity-focused innovations into his products.

Marie Rocha has over 20+ years of experience in business and technology as a software engineer and serial entrepreneur. Marie's first startup was a candidates matching platform for staffing agencies, which she built and sold at the age of 19. She later co-founded a sustainable e-commerce store in 2010, followed by IMAK software, a startup building software and platforms for small businesses and nonprofits. As a champion for women, she is one of HAYVN Hatch's founders, a quarterly women-centric pitch event to support women founders seeking funding, exposure, marketing, and growth.

Ed is a seasoned VC with over 25 years of experience leading first-round investments and a passion for working with developer-first, engineering-driven founders. Katherine invests in companies that promote American dynamism. She was previously a partner at General Catalyst. Prior to GC, she was a general assignment reporter at The Washington Post. Katherine holds a BA in Government from Georgetown University, an MBA from Stanford, and a Masters of Public Advocacy from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Before Wing, Gaurav was a partner at Sequoia Capital from 2001-2012. Gaurav was a founder and board member of two companies that achieved public listings – Redback Networks (Founded 1996, IPO 1999), and Ruckus Wireless (Founded 2002, IPO 2012). He incubated and helped build FireEye (Founded 2004, IPO 2013) and Jasper (Founded 2004, Acquired 2016 for $1.5B) into significant businesses, serving on their boards for more than 10 years each.

David Cowan is one of the world’s leading investors, having funded Seed, Series A, and Series B rounds that led to over 30 IPOs. David was ranked sixth on the Midas List and tied for fourth in the Midas List of Hall of Fame. David has co-founded three cybersecurity companies incubated within Bessemer’s offices: VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN), serving as initial Chairman and CFO; Good Technology (fka Visto, acquired by Blackberry) serving as CEO; and Defense.net (acquired by F5). He earned an AB in computer science / mathematics and an MBA, both from Harvard University. Today he serves on several non-profit boards including the Center for Inquiry and the Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. He is the co-writer of the Silicon Valley mockumentary series “Bubbleproof,” and producer of the award-winning MTV Documentary film “Afghan Dreamers.”

Amit is a partner in Bessemer’s Israel office where he focuses on investments in the region and throughout Europe. Prior to venture capital, Amit was a senior associate in McKinsey & Company, advising companies on projects related to technology strategy. Earlier in his career, Amit was a developer and then Product Manager at an e-commerce search and merchandising solutions startup Mercado, now part of Adobe Software. Amit holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology.

Alex Ferrara is a partner based in Bessemer’s London office where he leads Bessemer’s European efforts. Alex joined Bessemer in 2005. He led Shopify’s Series A in 2010, Pipedrive’s Series A in 2015, and has backed a range of successful cybersecurity startups.

Tej Kanani joined Sierra Ventures in 2020 and focuses on investments in Data Infrastructure, Security, SaaS, and Web3 companies. Prior to joining Sierra, Tej invested in early-stage startups at VMware within its Corporate Venture team. He also has an operational background in deal sourcing and Go-To-Market having led efforts in those areas at RedLock (acquired by NYSE: PANW) and with the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets. Prior to joining Greylock, Sarah was at Goldman Sachs, where she invested in growth-stage technology startups such as Dropbox, and advised pre-IPO technology companies such as Workday (as well as public clients including Zynga, Netflix and Nvidia).

Liad Agmon is a serial entrepreneur with rich experience as a startup founder and Fortune 500 executive. He founded information security vendor Onigma (acquired by McAfee in 2006) and social search company Delver (acquired by Sears Holdings in 2009). Following Delver’s acquisition, Liad served as a VP of New Services at Sears Holdings and on the board of its Home Electronics and Outlets business units. From there, he went on to start Dynamic Yield, the AI-powered Personalization platform, which was acquired in 2019 by McDonald's for $300 million. In 2021, he led the spin-off of Dynamic Yield from McDonald’s and its acquisition by Mastercard. In 2022 Liad joined Insight Partners as a Managing Director.

Jake Flomenberg is a Partner at Wing and focuses on AI/ML and technically focused PLG businesses as well as next-generation infrastructure, SaaS, and security investments. He currently works with companies including Cyberhaven, Human Interest, Noteable, SiMa, Torii, and Truera. He is always looking for new ways that data and AI can give people superpowers at work or impact the real world. Jake was a partner at Accel until 2018 where he was the lead investor and board member in companies including Demisto, Radar, Sumo Logic and actively involved with Trifacta. Prior to Accel, Jake held product leadership roles at Splunk and Cloudera and was a member of Lockheed Martin's Engineering Leadership Development Program.

Hagi Schwartz joined Insight full-time in 2021 after serving as a senior advisor to Insight for multiple years. Prior to joining Insight, Mr. Schwartz held several executive positions at leading technology companies, including service as the CFO of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP) and Mercury Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq: MERQ), where he was also the corporate controller and GM of the company’s Israel site, at the time of their respective IPOs. Additionally, Mr. Schwartz has been serving on the board of several technology companies, both public and private. Mr. Schwartz holds a BS in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University.

Following 30+ years in diverse operating roles in tech and tech enabled services companies, Krish joined as a Managing Director in April 2022. Immediately prior, Krish served as CEO of Appriss Inc., a privately held company with Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners as investors. During his 9+ year tenure at Appriss, Krish served in a variety of roles including head of product strategy, head of Appriss Health (now Bamboo Health), head of Appriss Retail and as Chief Operating Officer before becoming CEO in 2020. Krish presently serves as board member for Appriss Retail and Bamboo Health. Prior to Appriss, Krish served in senior product and general management roles at Privia Health, WellPoint (now Anthem), SHPS Inc. (acquired by ADP), BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle) and Abilizer Systems (acquired by BEA Systems).

He partners with entrepreneurs at the seed and early stages who are focused on new opportunities in applied AI, cybersecurity, data and machine learning infrastructure, and SaaS. At Greylock, Saam has led investments in and sits on the board of security companies, and others in stealth; application companies; data & analytics companies, and infrastructure companies that are also still operating in stealth.

Richard joined Insight in 2005 and focuses on investments in application software, infrastructure management, devops, cybersecurity and defense technology.  Richard has sponsored over 40 investments at Insight and has realized 15 acquisitions and 2 IPOs. He has sponsored investments across the United States, Europe, Israel and South America. He currently serves on the boards of directors of AMCS, CentralReach, Commercetools, Exclaimer, Jama Software, OneTrust and Sonarsource.

Zane was previously the cofounder and chief security officer of Signal Sciences, which was acquired by Fastly for $775 million in 2020, and the author of Building a Modern Security Program. Prior to Signal Sciences, Zane led security and infrastructure teams as the CISO of Etsy, and started his career as an early security consultant at iSEC Partners. Zane holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from UC Davis.

Prior to joining Insight, Stephen was Chief Information Security Officer at The Home Depot, where he provided progressive direction over cybersecurity and technology risk. He is also a Board Member of Mimecast and served on the board of Cloudknox, which recently sold to Microsoft. His innovative approach has led to malware related patented technology and he has received award recognition from his industry peers in cybersecurity.  He has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, physical security, fraud and technology risk acquired throughout his career in both the public sector (U.S. Secret Service) and the private sector (JPMorgan Chase and TIAA). Stephen is a passionate autism advocate inspired by his amazing son and the need for all special needs children to live incredible lives.

Thomas' focus areas include cybersecurity, DevOps, IT automation and application software. Thomas also works closely with the Insight IGNITE program, leveraging his experiences on the investment team to drive thought leadership for Insight’s network of Global2000 CIOs, CISOs and technology leaders.  Thomas has spearheaded 30+ new standalone investments for Insight, many of which were opportunities that he sourced during his first few years as an analyst at the firm. Five of his investments have gone on to realize an IPO (Tenable, JFrog, Darktrace, 1stdibs, SentinelOne) and four have had successful strategic exits (Thycotic, Nearpod, Cylance, QASymphony).

Over the past 26 years, I have been a director on more than twenty-five technology company boards, bringing expertise on product and competitive strategy, risk, ESG and human resources, among other issues. I have strong M&A and financing experience, comprising dozens of transactions with leading technology companies and top investment banking firms. And I have worked with companies across the United States as well as internationally in Canada, Germany, Czech Republic and Israel. Sectors of experience and interest include SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity (Consumer, Enterprise and Infrastructure), Enterprise Software and more recently in Quantum Computing, Quantum Networking and Climate Technologies. My practice has focused largely in Financial Services, Internet Infrastructure, E-Commerce, Defense and Telecommunications markets.
