Kathryn Finney is the Managing General Partner of Genius Guild, a venture fund that invests in Black entrepreneurs building scalable businesses that serve black communities and beyond. One of the most influential women in tech (Inc Magazine), Kathryn's groundbreaking work laid the foundation for generations of black entrepreneurs and investors. In April 2020, Kathryn founded The Doonie Fund with a $10,000 personal donation, to support black women entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 crisis. The Doonie Fund has supported over 2,000 Black women entrepreneurs since 2020. Kathryn is also the founder and founding CEO of digitalundivided, a groundbreaking social enterprise focused on creating a world where women own their work.

Ann Miura-Ko is a co-founding Partner at Floodgate. A repeat member of the Forbes Midas List and the New York Times Top 20 Venture Capitalists Worldwide, Ann was also named the “Most Powerful Woman in Startups” by Forbes. Ann is well-known in Silicon Valley as a pioneer investor in highly technical companies because of her background as a PhD in math modeling of infosec at Stanford. Her deep interest in technology began as a child – her father was a NASA rocket scientist – and her expertise developed as an undergraduate at Yale, where she participated in the Robocup Competition in Paris, France. Ann has also made significant investments in consumer (commerce, curation), marketplaces, and software for SMBs and solopreneurs. Some of Ann’s investments include Lyft (where she is still a board member), Xamarin, Monthly, Popshop, Emotive, and Refinery29.

Jesse is recovering founder and operator turned venture investor. Jesse used to run technology at LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) before he founded a startup, raised capital and exited. After that he was on the founding team at WeWork (NYSE: WE), from 2010-2016, where he founded WeWork Labs and ran everything from IT and digital product to sales and corporate development during his tenure. Since becoming and investor he has backed over 50 pre-seed and seed stage companies including Chief, Dongnae, JackPocket, Splice, and Squire.
