Shintaro is the CEO of Colopl Next, the investment vehicle of Colopl Inc., Japanese mobile game giant. Colopl Next manages Colopl VR Fund dedicated in VR investments. Prior to Colopl, Shintaro managed Japanese Growth equity portfolio as a Portfolio Manager in DIAM, one of the biggest Japanese asset management companies. Also as an Analyst, researched primarily Japanese internet related young companies since 2000. Shintaro also covered U.S. companies for global equity investments when he was in NY office. Prior to DIAM, Shintaro was an Officer of the Industrial Bank of Japan (“IBJ”)(now Mizuho Financial Group), Marketed Loan to Small/Mid size corporations.
