I believe in the quiet wisdom of what surrounds us. As my b-school colleague Priya Parker has shared, “Listen deeply enough to be changed.” I have spent my career at the intersection of food, sustainability, and innovation. I am driven by a deep personal belief that food is a human right, and it should have a positive impact on all it touches. I care connect with people in authentic and personal ways; this spans from the farmers that I lived with and learned from in southern Mexico, Brazil, and Cote d’Ivoire, to the board rooms of Mars, Oxfam, and Farmer’s Fridge. I am also a builder I have never taken a role with a job description, but I drive hard at results and I am proud of my track-record.
