Michael Jin is a Managing Director who serves as the BioMed Group Lead at TEEC Angel Fund. Michael leads the analysis and execution of investment in startups in both US and China with focus on biomedicine, semiconductor, and clean-tech. Michael was the Vice President of Engineering & General Manager of China Technology Center at iWatt(acquired by Dialog Semiconductor at $345M in 2013) since 2006 after it merged with Simple Silicon that he co-founded in 2000. He is currently serving as Board Directors in 7 high-tech startups. Michael holds Ph.D./M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, California and B.Eng./M.Eng. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing.
