Kesha Cash co-launched Jalia Ventures in 2010 with the support of Josh Mailman and Serious Change, LP. Kesha is a Red Rabbit advisory board member and has been instrumental in helping thecompany grow from less than $1 million of revenue in 2010 with 13 employees to over $7 million of revenue in 2013 with 130 employees. Prior to Jalia Ventures, Kesha spent three years as a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Merrill Lynch and then six years as a consultant to inner-city businesses in Los Angeles and Puerto Rico.
