Kareem joined Thrive Capital in 2014 and spends his time both investing in and building companies. He has led investments in companies like Headway, Honor, Ramp, Rightway, Robinhood, and Trialspark, and was a part of the firm's investments in Affirm, Lemonade, and Oscar. Kareem is also a cofounder of Cedar, Nava , and Scope Security and sits on the boards of all three companies. Before Thrive, Kareem was an investor at Blackstone.
