Edgar Chiu is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of SparkLabs Taipei, managing day-to-day operations of the accelerator program and the seed fund. Edgar is experienced in running startups and mobile app businesses. He was the founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of Gogolook. He was responsible for developing the global partnership in Japan, Korea, the Middle East and Southeast Asia for a global caller ID service App called Whoscall. Gogolook was subsequently acquired by Naver in 2013.
