Prior to Willow, Amanda was a Principal at Amplify, a Los Angeles-based pre-seed venture capital fund, where she invested in a variety of consumer brands and e-commerce enablement software businesses. Amanda joined Amplify from Primary Venture Partners, a New York-based seed-stage venture capital fund focused on e-commerce and SaaS. At Primary, Amanda built one of the most renowned portfolio support platforms in New York of which her portfolio companies leveraged for operational advice, mentorship, board seats and recruiting. Prior to her time in venture capital, Amanda was the VP of Marketing, and on the founding team of Karma. She was one of the first Associates in the Techstars NYC program, and started her career as an Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch where she worked on IPOs within the Technology sector.
