The best founders are insanely curious because curiosity drives growth, and the best founders don’t have a choice but to grow immensely in their startup’s journey. I spend most of my time with seed and Series A founders, not only because that is the best time to help bend the arc, but also because, selfishly, it helps scratch the founder’s itch within me.
