Nate spent the past 15 years as an investor; most recently with Rustic Canyon, first as an Investing Partner and, since 2010, as Managing Partner of the firm. worked closely with Clay Christensen advising and investing in technology companies in an effort that today exists formally as Rose Park Advisors. He worked closely with Ken Griffin in the early days at Citadel, where he learned to determine “what risk to own” and how to systematize data-driven investing. 

Nathan is Executive Chair of Nesta’s Impact Investment Committee that oversees direct investments made by Nesta in our Ventures, Impact and Program Related investment activities, alongside supporting Nesta’s self-built commercial subsidiaries. Nathan has worked with Nesta for 7 years and previously managed the investment team as Nesta’s CIO.  Before working at Nesta Nathan was active in the impact investment field more widely, helping Social Finance and Emerge Education set up their investment activities, alongside being an active angel investor, particularly in ed-tech.  Prior to this Nathan helped establish three successful start-ups and worked as a partner in a venture capital fund since the late 90s. Nathan is an engineer and accountant by training.

Navi is Global Partner at Antler in New York and Head of Technology at the Antler U.S. fund where he guides Antler startups and holds several board positions. Previously, Navi was a deeptech focused researcher at MIT and Entrepreneur in Residence at TandemLaunch, an aspiring startup foundry and seed fund in North America. As a former co-founder of a MIT-backed startup that invented and commercialized novel imaging technology, Navi has experienced all facets of the tech startup journey.

Neda serves as President of Plug and Play, having previously been Global Head of Health.

She has led investments in digital health and biotech whilst being responsible for global partnerships with the likes of Johnson & Johnson, Cleveland Clinic, & Roche. Her focus is on empowering young women & female founders through managing Plug and Play’s “FoundHer” initiative and as a Director of the Omid Foundation.

Neeraj, a prolific investor who has backed many high-profile, B2B software companies, joined Battery in 2000. He is a prominent industry thought leader on scaling cloud-software companies and, in 2015, introduced the “T2D3” growth metric for methodically growing SaaS enterprises. His team at Battery for many years released a widely read, annual (now quarterly) report on the state of the software industry, and each year Neeraj helps headline the annual, invite-only “CloudNY” conference for CEOs of breakout cloud and SaaS companies that Battery produces with partner Firstmark Capital. Neeraj is also behind the influential, annual Highest Rated Cloud-Computing Companies to Work For list, which Battery publishes with data supplied by Glassdoor, a former portfolio company.

Neil invests in companies that improve people's lives. He primarily focuses on companies using deep technologies and those in the healthcare, financial services, and education sectors. Neil is also an advisor to Upsolve, a bankruptcy nonprofit that has helped individuals clear hundreds of millions of dollars of primarily medical debt, and previously to Copia, a venture-backed technology company that has delivered over three million meals to people in need.

Mehta is a managing partner at Greenoaks Capital, the firm he founded in 2012 that focuses on Series B and later investments in private tech companies. He was an early investor in Coupang, backing the Korean e-commerce company through its March 2021 public debut. Mehta's portfolio includes a string of 2021 exits including Deliveroo, Robinhood and Toast, as well as Sonder, which went public via SPAC in 2022. Since 2007, Nitin has been an active angel investor, mentor and is a founding charter member and President of the Board of TiE Oregon. In this role he has grown TiE to a full-fledged angel investment group with a successful mentoring program and launched several education and incubator programs. Nitin is currently serving as TiE Angels Oregon’s Chair and in this role has led the group to over $5 million in investments in 28 startups.

Nnamdi oversees the firm’s investment strategy and enjoys partnering with founders as an investor/board member to help them achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. Nnamdi grew up in Massachusetts as the child of immigrants from Nigeria and Germany, giving him a unique worldview and appreciation for diversity.
