Nigel Morris is the co-founder and managing partner of QED Investors, a fintech venture capital platform focused on disruptive, high-growth financial services companies. Prior to QED, Nigel co-founded Capital One Financial Services in 1994. Under Nigel’s leadership as President and Chief Operating Officer, Capital One pioneered an information-based strategy that transformed the consumer lending industry.

Noah Breslow leads BCV’s platform team, which provides business-building support to BCV portfolio companies and designs the systems to run the firm. Noah joined BCV in 2021 as an operator-in-residence after his company was acquired, and became a partner in January 2022.

He’s experienced all the highs and lows of the entrepreneurial journey from IPOs and acquisitions to a failed startup. And is uniquely positioned to help pre-product enterprise startups. Prior to boldstart, Shomik worked as a growth stage investor at Top Tier Capital where he invested in companies like CircleCI, Anaplan, Area 1 Security, and Shape Security. Steve is a partner at Bessemer in the Cambridge office and a world-renowned healthcare investor. Prior to joining Bessemer, Steve worked for a growth-stage, private equity firm and as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He has also worked on several different political campaigns throughout his career. He serves as an Observer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, an advisor to Boston Children’s Hospital and the Harvard Business School’s Center for Entrepreneurship, and on the investment committees of BCBS Massachusetts and Rock Health.

Steve joined Accel in 2016. He was formerly CEO and co-founder of RelateIQ, which became SalesforceIQ after being acquired in 2014 for $390 million by Salesforce.
