I integrate best practices in finance, social justice, management, leadership, and personal development to drive positive transformation in people, companies, industries and communities. In 2014, I founded Bright Ventures as an avenue for innovation. We aim to build a better future alongside companies of all kinds. As Partner, Lenore focuses on enabling companies to scale through organizational management, connecting strategy to execution, and ensuring leaders grow with their organizations. Lenore currently serves as the President of Bunker Labs’ Board of Directors. She is an experienced executive passionate about empowering leaders to reach their potential.

Lenore was previously Head of People for a business unit of the investment firm Citadel and a managing partner at McChrystal Group. She began her career as United States Marine Corps officer, which included a deployment to Iraq and leading the training of officer recruits in Quantico, Virginia.

Les joined Next Frontier Capital in 2017. Prior to joining NFC, Les served as the Executive Director of the Montana State University Innovation Campus.

Les moved to Montana as the result of MSU’s national search to hire a Director for the Blackstone LaunchPad, a campus based entrepreneurship program funded by the Blackstone Charitable Foundation. In the Summer of 2016, Les received funding from the Small Business Administration to launch 406 Labs, Montana’s first accelerator program.

In 2014, Les Co-founded The Twenty, a data science services company based in Bethesda, MD which operates a high-profile network of senior mathematicians and computer scientists focused on specialized project based work for clients.

Prior to The Twenty, Les Co-founded RedOwl Analytics, a software product company that built a platform for identifying trends and anomalies in the digital trail of corporations in order to combat insider threat and mitigate risk. RedOwl was acquired by Forcepoint (Raytheon) in August of 2017.

Previously, Les served as a Technical Operations Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency where he received specialized training in telecommunications and computer network operations.

Prior to his time at the CIA, Les was a member of the professional staff of the National Security Technology Department at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab.

While on active duty, Les served on multiple special operations task forces, as well as an Aide-de-camp to a senior intelligence professional on General Stanley McChrystal’s staff at the Joint Special Operations Command.

Leslie Crowe is an expert in building talent and culture at companies during periods of growth. Leslie collaborates with portfolio company founders and leaders, providing strategic counsel to successfully scale their organizations and capitalize on BCV’s extensive talent network.

In 2017, Leslie started a Facebook group for women CEOs of tech companies, which quickly grew to become the most prominent network for women-founded startups and aligned investors in America. In the years since, her company has connected thousands of women founders with hundreds of VC firms across the US. Born and raised in Costa Rica, Leslie moved to the US to attend Harvard Business School.

Trained as an engineer and planetary scientist, over the previous decade Lewis supported Airbus innovation projects connecting researchers, startups and sponsors. His prior BCG consulting career culminated in his Financial Institutions Partnership at Coopers & Lybrand. Concurrently a researcher at University College London’s Centre for Planetary Sciences, Lewis is an MIT graduate; he completed his London School of Economics MSc as a Fulbright Scholar, and a juris doctorate combining Planetary Geophysics and International Public Law at the University of Hawai‘i as a NASA Space Grant Fellow.

Started his career as a Principal at Foster Management, a venture investor focused on service industry investments; then co-founded Arcadia Partners, a fund focused on technology-enabled education companies; and finally, co-founded .406 Ventures with Larry and Maria. Over this time, Liam has invested over $130M of capital in 21 investments. Along the way, Liam founded and took on CEO responsibilities for Business Intelligence Advisors, now a .406 portfolio company.  Earlier in his career, Liam spent two years as an early employee of Booz•Allen & Hamilton’s Philadelphia office before spending the next several years opening and leading their office in Budapest, Hungary.

Liam Lynch, Founder and Managing Partner of Studio VC, is an entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist focused on making a positive impact on peoples lives. He has managed and acquired high growth businesses as a top media Executive and started or invested in dozens of private companies.  Liam is a nimble critical thinker and refiner of ideas. Lila is a partner and the chief financial officer at MoreVC. She has been an integral part of the fund’s leadership team since its inception. She is a competitive long-distance runner (marathons and ultra-marathons), and she applies the same strategic vision and foresight that she uses in her training and races to financial planning for the fund, its investors and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining MoreVC, she was CFO of an operating company, AxisMobile (AIM: AXIS), which she led through an IPO on the AIM exchange in London, and was controller at Concord Ventures. 

Lily started her career at Time Inc. in Strategy and M&A, where she led analysis and diligence on companies disrupting the media space. She then worked at Uber, where she grew the nascent NJ market to a fully regulated operation in the state. After Uber, she attended Harvard Business School, where she pursued her own venture in the food space and invested in early stage companies with Rough Draft Ventures, General Catalyst’s student VC arm. She then led the marketplace team at Zola, launching a new product to connect engaged couples to wedding vendors.  At Green Meadow, Lily is passionate about commerce infrastructure, healthcare and wellness, fintech, and vertical software. She has invested in companies like Alloy Automation, Soona, ReMatter, Marketerhire, and others.

Ms. Oramasionwu is a Co-Founder and Partner at Kupanda Capital. In this capacity, she has helped to found several new companies and ventures and serves as in-house counsel for Kupanda Capital and its portfolio companies. Prior to Kupanda Capital, Ms. Oramasionwu worked in the Legal and Private Sector Departments at the African Development Bank and also served as corporate counsel at Schwarz Law Firm, LLC. She is admitted to the New York State Bar.

Lindsay has been an investor in technology for almost 15 years (through 3 market cycles) in various capacities. Lindsay started his career in investment banking. Immediately following graduate school at Stanford, he co-founded a financial services software company. He then went on to serve as CIO for a fund of funds he helped to grow to almost $1B. He then started a small direct investment fund that invested primarily in public technology companies.

Lindsay has spent her career investing in technology companies with a focus on energy, power and sustainability. At EIP, she has led investments across consumer tech, prop tech, indoor agricultural, ESG measurement and customer engagement SaaS. Prior to EIP, Ms. Luger was a Vice President of Digital Power Capital and Wexford Capital, working on dozens of venture capital and growth equity transactions and also serving in operational roles as Vice President of Finance at two portfolio companies. At LabIX, Lior led investments in companies across: energy storage, wireless/infrastructure, 3-D optics, additive manufacturing, and robotics. Lior also co-founded Farm 2050, an AgTech Collective, with Innovation Endeavors to address the global food challenge. Prior to LabIX, he was part of the founding team of Elementum, the Flex proprietary SaaS platform, which was later spun out. Before moving to Silicon Valley, Lior was a serial entrepreneur in Tel Aviv, where he helped build Intucell, which was sold to Cisco in 2012. Lisa is Nesta’s Executive Director of Investments with responsibility for Nesta’s direct impact investment activity, supporting transformational technology ventures. She works across Nesta’s impact sectors: A Fairer Start, A Healthy Life and A Sustainable Future. Lisa has worked in impact investment since 2004, both as an investor and advisor. Prior to joining Nesta in 2019, Lisa was COO at Social Finance where she also led on developing Social Impact Bonds to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and young people. As an investor at Bridges Fund Management, she backed high-growth businesses in deprived areas of the UK and previously co-founded a startup. Lisa started her career as a political and policy advisor in Government and strategy consultant. Lisa is a Board Director for Nesta investment BibliU where she chairs the Audit Committee and is a school Governor.

Data has been the common thread through my experiences -first in research on acoustics and bio-inspired swimming, then as a lead data scientist at tech startups. I then moved on to become a data science consultant for companies interested in how data science could impact their business, which led to me co-founding a startup where we used social media data to help brands understand their customers online. I'm now the Executive Director of HearstLab, where we invest in and support women-led companies in NYC, SF and Amsterdam. HearstLab provides seed investment and access to a number of resources at Hearst, including our legal team, our team of hands-on experts in UX design, DevOps engineering, and hiring, and our HearstLab Scouts, a group of 70+ women leaders across Hearst businesses. In addition to investing, I work with our portfolio companies to design and develop initial data science solutions for their products.

As Director, he was the senior uniformed intelligence officer in the Department of Defense. He has also served as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Luka started his career as a fighter pilot, flying MiGs for the Croatian Air Force. For almost a decade, this experience offered first-hand operational exposure to advanced technologies and systems involved in complex aerial operations. Among other roles, Luka was the Weapons and Tactics Officer, a coveted position in which he spearheaded air-to-air tactics innovation.

Transitioning out of the military, Luka started building a career in finance, corporate development, and venture capital. A four-year detour from aviation included a variety of finance, investment, and operational roles at an automotive Tier-1 supplier, including product line experience.

Prior to joining Radius Capital, Luka was a Partner at Airbus Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund backed by Airbus, where he led investments in technologies shaping the future of aerospace.

Lindel has been investing in venture-backed companies and venture firms for nearly two decades, building an extensive network of limited partners, venture capitalists, and founders. He joined as a partner in 2015 and is active across the portfolio, working closely with partner funds and leading new direct investments.

Prior to joining Foundry, Lindel managed the private investment program for the University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO). At UTIMCO, he developed his love for early-stage investing as he built the endowment’s venture capital program. He was fortunate to sponsor early investments in many of the now leading venture capital firms, including IA Ventures, True Ventures, Union Square Ventures, and, of course, Foundry.

Lindel received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and his BBA in accounting and finance at Texas Christian University. He is a CPA and a CFA charter holder.

Lynne Chou O'Keefe is the Founder and Managing Partner of Define Ventures. She previously worked at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers as a Partner. Before joining KPCB, Lynne has over twelve years of healthcare operating and investing experience. Most recently, Lynne worked for eight years at Abbott Vascular and Guidant in multiple roles and has worked on the launch of over ten interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery product families both in the US and internationally.
